Intestinal therapy - Colon hydrotherapy

Colon hydrotherapy is a gentle but thorough way to cleanse the colon. In doing so, we use the “Angel of Water” open system. This system works comfortably, hygienically and completely painlessly.

How does it work?

You take your seat on a special apparatus on which you lie relaxed.
Through a small sterile tube, warm, filtered water gently flows into the colon.
The water loosens old bowel movements, gases and waste products.
You maintain control over the process: the water and waste products leave the intestine through a closed drainage system.
Everything is done discreetly, odorlessly and safely.

Preparation is important

48 hours before treatment: avoid heavy, fatty foods, red meat, dairy, alcohol, soft drinks and sugar. Limit wheat and gluten as much as possible.
Do: eat easily digestible foods such as vegetable soup, steamed vegetables, rice, quinoa, fish, fruit (apple, pear, papaya) and cooked oatmeal. Drink 1.5 - 2 liters of water a day and choose herbal teas (fennel, ginger, mint).

After treatment

Avoid eating for 1 hour after the session.
Then choose light and healthy foods.
Avoid coffee, alcohol, soda, raw vegetables and fast food.
Drink plenty of water or tea.
Sometimes we recommend probiotics or digestive enzymes to further support the gut.

Treatment path

For optimal effect, we recommend a starting schedule of 3 sessions shortly after each other (within 10 days).
Then the frequency can be reduced to maintenance - for example, 1 session per month or according to personal need.
Later, this can also be accompanied by special nutritional advice to further support the effect of the colon cleansing.
