Practice spaces for rent

At Holistik Acupunctuur Instituut, we put our modern treatment rooms (15m² – 20m²) at the disposal of healthcare professionals who want to work in a professional and warm environment. Our practice is centrally located opposite Dendermonde station and fully equipped to work both independently and as part of a team.

We offer two formulas:

1. Flexible formula

For therapists who want to work part-time or on alternating days.

  • Fixed price per half day or per day per month
  • Space shared with other caregivers according to a schedule
  • Fully equipped practice (furniture and basic equipment)
  • Includes fixed costs (electricity, water, heating, maintenance)
  • Wi-Fi included
  • 24/24 access to the practice
  • Includes listing on the institute's website
  • Use of the common waiting room
  • Cleaning assistance and maintenance included
  • Possibility of referrals within the team
  • Use of communal kitchen and coffee corner

2. Fixed formula

For therapists who want their own space and want to settle permanently.

  • Fixed price per month
  • Private practice space (free to furnish) between 14m² and 20m²
  • Includes fixed costs (electricity, water, heating, maintenance)
  • Wi-Fi included
  • Includes listing on the institute's website
  • 24/24 access to the practice
  • Use of the common waiting room
  • Cleaning assistance and maintenance included
  • Possibility of referrals within the team
